Your order can take up to 5 working days to arrive in mainland Portugal and 10 working days for the islands (Madeira and the Azores).

If the customer is not present at the time of delivery, the courier will try again the next day.
If it is not possible to make the delivery on the second day, the order will return to the carrier's warehouses and the same will await a contact from the customer.
The shipping company will send you a message informing you when the order will be delivered to the address you provided when you made the purchase.
If you are unable to be at the indicated address, please contact the carrier to arrange another delivery day or place.
